The sum total of maintenance and management is achieved by adding the cost of usage of the communal territories, equipment and premises.
The indicated expenses include:
- 24 hour CCTV surveillance of the premises
- lightning of the communal territories
- care for plants and hedges on the communal territories
- maintenance of the communal swimming pool
- cleaning of the facade of building (when necessary) and outside window cleaning (once a year)
- inside cleaning of the home (one cleaning of the home per year by order of the owner)
Besides this sum the owners pay separately for the following expenses:
- water bills including water used for watering of garden greenery
- electricity bills including cost of garden lighting
- telephone line
- cable/satellite television
- internet, telecommunication and additional services
- local and other taxes and fees owed by the owner in accordance with laws in force
Spare parts and repairs in case of malfunction of equipment and regular general repairs inside or outside the building are paid for separately.
Indicated price includes usage of parking space, but the spaces themselves cannot be owned or rented or in that case reserved. This is because the parking lot is a communal territory and you park in any available space.
The price stated also includes transfer to and from Bourgas airport for the owners of houses and apartments and their families*. Car hire, chauffeur services excursion organization and other journeys can be arranged separately.
* - Airport transfer no more than 3 times per year, no more than 4 people each time. Transfer to and from other airports (Varna, Plovdov, Sofia, Istanbul), extra transfers to the 3 allowed or transfers for more than 4 people can be organized for an additional fee.
