A total of eight Townhouses are available, arranged in two groups of four terraces. The end of terrace Townhouses have two floors, and the mid-terrace houses have three floors.
On the first floor of every house there is a dining room and a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. On the second floor of each house there are two bedrooms with balconies and a bathroom with a bathtub. In the two mid-terrace houses, there are two balconies. In the end of terrace houses there are three balconies. A spacious study / bedroom with balcony is situated on the third floor of the mid-terrace houses. Each house has a small garden, surrounded by hedging.

The quoted price includes:
- plot of land including watering and outside lighting, and plants (according to the landscaping project)
- a town house, completed in accordance with the development project including high quality window-glass, solid doors, quality parquet and carpet covering, painted walls and ceilings with modern materials
- complete set of good quality bathroom suite (toilet, wash-basin and bathtub)
- kitchen appliances: sink, refrigerator, washing machine, electric cooker with hood (all listed appliances made by ARISTON or similar manufacturer)
- GENERAL air conditioner (or similar).
There is also a choice of other materials for the finishing work
