We will arrange a meeting with you to discuss your requirements and how we may fulfill them. We prefer to negotiate in person and assure you of our confidentiality.
For the Villas, we have a template project (as shown in the video and 3d graphics), which may be customized to your requirements. All alterations should be compatible with the requirements of the architectural project, and should conform to the style of the development.
The final price will be set after the project has been analyzed, the legal administration completed, and the project management issues have been clarified. Once everything has been settled, a contract would be signed with Lalov Egrek Ltd. On completion of the construction, a final contract will be issued together with the notary documents.
We assure you that as Lalov Egrek is an exclusive development, we vet all our clients and ask for references where appropriate, and reserve the right not to proceed with a transaction, if we deem it necessary.
