Prices and availability for type ‘A’ apartments
A total of five type A buildings will be constructed, each containing eight apartments on three floors. There are three two room apartments on the first and second floor and two three room apartments on the third floor. All second and third floor apartments have one balcony. The second floor apartments at either end of the building have a second balcony. All bathrooms have a shower unit. There is one main entrance with an intercom.
The quoted price includes:
- an apartment in apartment block type A (finished in accordance with the development project) which includes high quality windows, doors, floor covering, high quality laminate floor and carpeting, wallpaper, painted walls and ceilings with modern materials
- GENERAL air conditioners or similar
- Complete bathroom suite (toilet, wash-basin, shower cubicle, etc)
There is also a choice from a range of materials for use in finishing.
The quoted price excludes:
- kitchen sink
- refrigerator
- cooker
- washing machine and other kitchen appliances
- furniture
- lighting fixtures
- rugs
- interior elements
- audio/video equipment
- small household appliances
- bed linens, covers and towels
- kitchen utensils, cutlery and other tableware
- fitness/sport equipment
Variations from the standard designs and appliances are possible, subject to a separate contract with “Lalov Egrek” Ltd.
